Chad Stapleton is Super Late Model Winner...
Tucker Chastain, Josh Turner, Eric Lewis & Michael Brewer Also Winners.

April 27, 2024 - Saturday night at the track would be the sixth racing event to take place for 2024 and it was only the last weekend of April. "Slicker Graphics" Super Late Models were on hand for $2000 to win.


Chad Stapleton jumped to the early lead in "Slicker Graphics" Super Late Models and had to hold off a charging (12th place starting) Devin Gilpin to get the win. Stapleton's first win of the year makes the third different Super Late Model winner out of three races in 2024.


Devin Gilpin, David Webb, Jordan Wever, & Matt Boknecht completed the top five. Sixth thru tenth was Cody Mahoney, Shelby Miles, Jared Bailey, Tyler Collins, & Robert Rainey.


Tucker Chastain became the fifth different winner for Pewter Hall Super Stocks out of five races this year. Zach Sasser & Blake Hull battled for the early lead and by the midway point of the race, Trey Chastain took over the lead. Tucker would move to second and with two to go, made the pass on his brother for the win. Trey Chastain would run second followed by Isaiah Sasser, Zach Sasser, & Greg Amick.


In Crossroads Truck Equipment Pure Stock action, Josh Turner would make it win number three out of the last four events. With side-by-side racing throughout the field, Turner caught leader Keaton Streeval with 4 laps to go and made the pass for the win. Streeval, Brent McMillan, Aj Wilson, & Ross Smith followed Turner at the checkers.


Blake Daniels would lead the Crown Vic feature until six laps to go when he would have mechanical issues. Eric Lewis who was chasing down Daniels took over the lead and went on to pick up his first win of the year. Lewis is the fourth different Crown Vic winner out of four races. Todd Cain, Matt Cranmer, Ryan Woods, & Stacie Fitzgerald rounded out the top five.


Michael Brewer made it win number three for the year in the Hornet division. Brewer would lead flag-to-flag in getting the win with great racing happening from second on back. Trailing Brewer at the checkers was Jeremy Shemwell, Scott Smith, Brian Pollitt, & James Simmons.

Matt Cranmer Wins Crown Vic Special...
Cain, Hull, McMillan, & Brewer Park in Victory Lane.

April 20, 2024 - It was Crown Vic Special night at the track on Saturday night. Thirty-four Crown Vics were on hand to try and score a victory. Matt Cranmer would get the win and be the third different winner out of three Crown Vic events for 2024.


Eric Lewis jumped to the early lead in the Crown Vic feature. Matt Cranmer passed Lewis for the lead and the win near the half-way point of the event. Jeff Cranmer, Eric Lewis, Chris Young, and Dustin Cross from his 19th starting spot followed at the finish. Rounding out the top ten was Jason Cranmer, Todd Cain, Matt Weston, Wayne Shoff, and Josh Hayes.


Tyler Cain made it two for two in P3 Graphix Indiana Late Model Series Pro Late Models in dominating fashion. Cain led flag-to-flag with a good race taking place from second on back and throughout the field. Derek Groomer, Tyler Neal, Caleb Schryer, and Rohn Moon ended up second thru fifth.


Blake Hull scored the win in Pewter Hall Super Stocks to become the fourth different winner out of four races in the highly competitive Super Stocks. Hull took the early lead from Isaiah Sasser and stayed there for the victory. Greg Amick worked his way to the runner-up spot and made a charge at Hull in the closing laps of the race. Amick, Tucker Chastain, Isaiah Sasser, and Rick Gumm trailed Hull at the finish.


Brent McMillan would lead all the laps in Crossroads Truck Equipment Pure Stocks for the win and break Josh Turner's two race win streak. Turner would run second with Keaton Streeval, Tanner Short and Dalton Fleenor trailing at the checkers.


The best race of the night was in the Hornet division feature. Michael Brewer took the early lead and with five laps remaining Jeremy Ogle caught Brewer. The two drivers ran side-by-side for the rest of the race. Brewer would get the win by a nose at the checkers. Jeremy Shemwell, Todd Dasenbrock and Preston Righthouse completed the top five.

All Saturday Night Feature Winners

Tyler Cain

April 13, 2024 - The Indiana Late Model Series made their first appearance of the year at the Speedway and Tyler Cain would record the first ILMS Pro Late Model win of 2024.


Cain would lead all 25-laps of the feature event with Jug Wethington hot on his heals for most of the event. Cain would eventually stretch out his lead in the late stages of the race to get the win ahead of Jug Wethington, Brent Lee, Rohn Moon and Tyler Neal.


Rounding out the top ten was Mark Bechelli, Zack Burton, Caleb Schryer, Elliott Despain and Brian Wilhite.


The Pewter Hall Super Stock feature would be a good one. Greg Amick would use the top side of the Speedway to work his way thru the field to be side-by-side with race leader Tucker Chastain at the white flag. Amick would pull ahead of Chastain at the checkers to take the win. Following Amick and Chastain was Jamey Wilson, Isaiah Sasser and Zach Sasser.


Mickey Hines would lead 17 of 20 laps in Crossroads Truck Equipment Pure Stocks but had mechanical troubles with 2 laps to go. Josh Turner inherited the lead and would go on to score his second straight win. Brent McMillan, Keaton Streeval, Ross Smith and Cody Ellison trailed Turner at the finish.


In Crown Vic feature action, Dustin Cross had to hold off Jeff Cranmer in a near photo finish to score his first ever Brownstown victory. Jeff Cranmer, Todd Cain, Jason Cranmer and Chris Young completed the top five.


The Hornet division feature produced another first ever Brownstown winner. Cordell Moore parked his ride in Brownstown victory lane for the first time ever over Jeremy Shemwell, Nathan Jones, Jeremy Ogle and Brian Pollitt.

Dennis Erb Jr. Dominates "Ira Bastin Memorial"....

April 6, 2024 - It was opening points night at the Speedway and the running of the "2nd Annual Ira Bastin Memorial" featuring the Northern Allstars Late Model Dirt Series for Slicker Graphics Super Late Models. Thirty-nine Super Late Models were on hand gunning for the $5000 top prize.


Dennis Erb Jr. would lead all 40 laps, getting his 27th career Northern Allstars Late Model victory. A great battle from second on back would see Jason Jameson, Tanner English, Josh Rice & Seth Daniels round out the top five.


Hard charger of the race, Cody Mahoney would finish 6th from his 14th starting spot followed by fast qualifier Tristan Chamberlain, Devin Gilpin, Rod Conley & Greg Johnson.


Isaiah Sasser took the lead from Tucker Chastain with ten laps to go in Pewter Hall Super Stock feature action and Sasser would go on to pick up his first ever Brownstown win. Following Sasser & Chastain was Zach Sasser, Colton Sullivan & Rick Gumm.


Keaton Streeval jumped to the early lead in the Crossroads Truck Equipment Pure Stock feature but would drop out of the race at the half-way mark. Josh Turner would take over the lead and hold off a charging Brent McMillan for the win. Mickey Hines, Davey Waggoner & Jacob Owens completed the top five.


The Crown Vic feature wouldn't be decided until the checkers as Chris Young, Jeff Roberts and Dustin Cross were all fighting for the win mixed in with several lapped cars as they crossed the finish line. Chris Young would come out the winner, his first ever Brownstown win. Dustin Cross, Jeff Roberts, Ryan Woods & Joel Smith followed Young at the checkers.
